PRACTICE Tyler’s practice is focused primarily on transportation law and related issues. He advises and represents carriers, freight brokers, shippers, and logistics companies across the broad range of legal issues particular to those in the transportation industry, including contract negotiation and litigation, freight bill collections, regulatory issues, cargo claims and liability under the Carmack Amendment, employment/non-competition agreements, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. Tyler also represents corporate and individual clients in general civil litigation relating to contracts and commercial transactions, construction law, land use, fraud, and various business torts.
